National Crime Victim's Rights Week is a week held in all 50 states as the time to recognize the impact crime has on the community.  We invite survivors, crime victims and community members to gather in honor of those who have died due to crime and to call attention to survivors and their healing.  It is our desire to create the message that we want violence to stop while at the same time providing a message of hope for the community and those impacted by crime.  Please join us for this "March of Solidarity."  

My Women's Global Music Choir Yala Lati will be the musical inspiration for this event.  

Downtown Santa Cruz

Wednesday, April 9th, 2014 @ 6 p.m.

Our gathering spot is the county courthouse steps at 701 Ocean Street.  

Then we will march together from the courthouse through downtown to City Hall.  This is where and when Yala Lati will sing.
