Dear Ones,
We are still feeling the devastation of the fires over here in California. There's a lot of grief and a feeling of vulnerability moving through these parts. I send my deepest love to all those effected and my heartfelt gratitude to the first responders and firefighters, and anyone who is working to support those in need in the aftermath of it all.
And just a reminder for all of us, that autumn is a time to feel the intangible longing, to express our deepest griefs, and to let go of that which is no longer serving us. It's okay to feel the big feels. It won't last forever, and we'll come out clearer and stronger on the other side. I say this to remind myself as well. ;)
This week's Sunday song is Evening Rise. An Autumnal favorite in my song circles. The harmonies are exquisite, and simple enough to learn. I have not been able to track down the composer of this song. So if any of you have information about it, please send it along.
