Prayerful Songs for the Water Community Singing Event
Please join Heather and Women's Spirit Song Choir Yala Lati at the beach on World Water Day. We will sing songs of love and praise for our life-giving waters and spend some time at the end in silent reverence and prayer.

Vocal Mindfulness and Meditation Six Week
Series Experience the transcendent bliss of effortless singing. Open to greater relaxation, ease, presence, and refinement as Heather guides you on an inward journey with your breath and
voice. Slow down, tune-IN and learn to abide in the center of each note with complete awareness. Men are invited to this one too! :)
The current session is
full, but I will definitely be offering this class again in the Spring, so please stay tuned for dates.

Women's Spirit Song Day-long RETREAT
at Skyote Mountain (Santa Cruz Mountains)
Please join us for a day of nourishment and connection. Gentle yoga, vocal mindfulness,
song circles, hot tub time, journaling time, and nature connection time. Organic, homemade vegetarian dinner by our hostess Selene Vega.
