~ Sunday Song in Your Pocket - One Step

Published: Sun, 02/04/18

Sweet Friends,

This week's Sunday Song in Your Pocket is called "One Step." I wrote it last Spring for some dear ones in my life who were going through a quite challenging and overwhelming time. I know this sense of overwhelm tends to happen for many of us at the start of the year, so may this song remind us all to take life one step, one precious moment at a time, at our own authentic pace. And let's do it together!

And please save the date for World Water Day!
March 22nd
In Santa Cruz we will gather at Seabright beach to sing songs of love and devotion to our sacred waters.

And please save the dates for other wonderful events listed below.

Many blessings of beauty and love,
Heather

Let us rise rise rise like a phoenix from the fire

And we will fly fly fly higher and higher and higher

And we will stand stand stand in solidarity for this sacred land

And we will lead lead lead with compassion for all humanity

And we will pray pray pray for love to show the blessed way

And we will hear hear hear the truth leads us out of fear

And we will really choose to see those we perceive to be our enemy

And we will be set free with the light that shines in you and me

And we will choose to heal the pain we feel

And we will rise above, cause we are warriors of love
