Beloved Community,

 
My heart goes out to each of you who have been directly effected by any of the tragedies that have occurred in the last few weeks. I'm trusting that you are receiving all of the guidance and support that you need to make it through these difficult times. Please know that we are singing to you, praying with you and sending you deep rivers of love from over here in Santa Cruz. 

As our planet and systems as we know them continue to shift on every possible level, let's keep holding the vision of a sustainable future. Let's continue to do the deep inner work that inspires a movement of our collective consciousness and ultimately a movement into action. Let's embody hope and joy, spread love and kindness, and find the courage to speak up. 

Should you feel called to lift your voice of love with your community, there are several opportunities on the horizon. A community sing with myself, Debbie Nargi-Brown and Lisa G at the end of the month, the Women's Spirit Song winter solstice series beginning on the first Wednesday in November, and the annual Yala Lati Winter concert on the 16th and 17th of December. More details and information below. I hope to sing with you soon!

Women's Spirit Song

Feel more confident, connected and uplifted as we journey from the depths of vocal mindfulness to the heights of expressive singing.
Discover the magic of timeless, heart-opening chants and songs from all over the world. Free your voice, attune your ear, harmonize, improvise, and feel the joy in your heart! You will learn basic vocal techniques, how to trust your own voice, and how to harmonize and blend with the other women in the circle. Please join us for this transformational singing experience!
