We had a lovely time breathing, moving and chanting at Yoga Center Carmel last Saturday! What a delight it was to connect with another  gorgeous community of warm-hearted folks ready to weave their voices in a tapestry of love and beauty! 

For those of you incredible women who have been considering joining us for a nourishing day of chanting, chi gong, mindfulness based nature practices, delicious food and restorative yoga,

Women's Spirit Song

I invite you to feel more confident, connected and uplifted as we journey from the depths of vocal mindfulness to the heights of expressive singing.
Discover the magic of timeless, heart-opening chants and songs from all over the world. Free your voice, attune your ear, harmonize, improvise, and feel the joy in your heart! You will learn basic vocal techniques, how to trust your own voice, and how to harmonize and blend with the other women in the circle. 




Summer Retreat at Skyote Mountain

Date: Saturday, August 12th
Time: 9:30 AM - 8:00 PM

A day of singing our prayers of love and beauty in a sacred circle of women. 
We will also enjoy Qi Gong with Amanda Stiller, Nature based mindfulness practices with Kai Siedenburg, Restorative Yoga with Heather, quiet time in nature, journaling, hot tubbing, and eating Selene's gourmet dinner.

If you are from outside of the Santa Cruz area, we have overnight spaces available in the yurt.
