A free community event created to inspire us to re-connect with our own San Lorenzo!
We will be there with our friend Mira Michelle who will tell us a bit about the history and invite us to share stories. Myself and my women's global music choir Yala Lati
will be singing songs for the river in gratitude and appreciation of this precious natural resource.
Our community partners include the Coastal Watershed Council and the Green Ways to School Program. We are inviting people to wear the color turquoise.
Saturday, November 21st from 2:00 - 3:00 pm
We will meet on the Santa Cruz River walk
Near the corner of 3rd and Leibrandt St by Beach Hill
We look forward to seeing you there!
