If you have yet to join us
for a Zoom Sing,
I highly recommend you
check it out!
All participants are on
mute
and have the opportunity
to lean into the love and
do a duet with our
song leaders.
AND, you get to
feel the power of
our collective hearts
and voices rising together
at the same time all
accross the globe.
Good stuff!
Singer-songwriter Melanie DeMore
has a remarkable voice, weaving the
fibers of African American folk music
with soulful ballads, spirituals, and
her own original music.
DeMore beautifully brings her audience
together through her music and commentary.
She has toured extensively, singing at
festivals,
universities, coffee houses, and concert halls.
Her recordings, "Share My Song" and
"Come Follow Me," are both heartfelt
collections of her music.
In addition to her solo
work, DeMore facilitates
vocal workshops for professional and
community-based choral groups and has
taught her program called “Sound Awareness”
in schools, prisons, and youth organizations
in the US, Canada, Cuba, and New Zealand.
Lyndsey Scott is an artist and ritual-maker
devoted to priestesSing the Heartland, (
literal and figurative). She catches and
weaves
sacred music to empower earth-based
spiritual consciousness, and gathers
soul circles that use Song and sacred
listening to decompose oppressive scripts
that get in
the way of freely living the Love we are.
With love and a song in my heart,
Heather
