a variety of instruments for sacred spaces
and ceremonial circles for 17 years.

About Lauren Arrow:
Having felt awkward, unable to express herself,
and terrified of singing for most of her life,
Lauren's purpose as a Vocal Guide is to
create a safe space for people
to explore and open the beautiful gift
of their unique voice & to acknowledge
and slowly start peeling away the self-judgment
and inner critique (super-ego!) around open expression.
